UniFi U7 Lite vs UniFi U7 Pro

The U7 Lite runs on basic 802.3af PoE; the U7 Pro adds 6 GHz and more capacity

Our verdict

Both are UniFi Wi-Fi 7 access points with a 2.5 GbE uplink. The U7 Lite is dual-band (2×2 on 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, no 6 GHz radio) and draws up to 13 W, so standard 802.3af PoE ports are enough. The U7 Pro adds a 6 GHz radio with 320 MHz channels, for 6 spatial streams instead of 4, and Ubiquiti rates it for 140 m² and 300+ clients versus 115 m² and 200+. It needs 802.3at PoE+ and up to 21 W.
